No exam today :)
This is good, I have had a nice, relaxing day at home.
...And done practically no studying XD
I could probably pass a foods exam now, though :DD
Not like that counts for anything.

BUT. ANYWAY.

I got up and watched everyone else get on the schoolbus. That was amusing. Then I took the dog out for a walk and holy crap it is cooold out there!
Plus I couldn't figure out the stupid heating system that Mum has set up so I froze all day. Because there is normally nobody home during the day, so she has it set up that the heat turns off o__o
Omg so cold.
It was like 50 degrees.

Umm, then I watched Pom Poko AKA Heisei Tanuki Gassen Ponpoko.
Ahh, so sad! Cutting down forests is bad!
But I couldn't decide if I was disturbed by the frequent mentions of tanuki genitalia (especially when they attacked the humans with...their balls. Yes, their balls o_o), if I was sad that the tanuki lost their home, or if I was happy that they ended up alright after all and simply adapted XD
So it was good. Really good. I would've burned it but there was this random part in the middle of the movie where the person who ripped the dvd or whatever was like "RIPPED BY SOANDSO" and ruined the whole movie XD
And now I have the tanuki song thing stuck in my head.

Ah, and then I had math tutoring. We did um...stuff. XD
It was good, though, I understand things a lot better the second time around.
See, I'm actually pretty good at math, it just takes me like 3 times to remember things.
Seriously, took me like 3 years to learn multiplication...I still don't know division. I blame the fact that I missed the division chapter in 3rd grade. XD

And now I'm baking Banana Nut muffins. Yum :3

Okay, so. Today.

Worked on my review sheet for Civics in Civics this morning, since we were in the computer lab again. I didn't finish it, so I didn't get to print it out...Ah well. At least it was good review XP

We finished up our review game in T&T today. Our team got 1st place :DDD mostly thanks to me, actually. But I was rather pissed at Mr. Galbraith. The question was, "what is the capital of China," and I wrote down Beijing first, but he gave the points to someone else BECAUSE I DIDN'T CAPITALIZE IT. OMG. That man has something against me. If he marks me off on the exam like he did on that one test where I wrote New Zealanders visit Australia the most instead of the Japanese (the 2nd most) because it wasn't the country we covered in class, I will be pissed :/
That's just being an asstwit there.
Whatevs. I know I was right.

We had a sub in APS today, and we were supposed to spent the period studying but ah, yeah, that didn't happen. I wrote down a few definitions but otherwise spent the whole period goofing off with Thomas and Lucas XD OMG I love Lucas so much. He's my hero.

In Functions we also had review, and Kaitlyn and I laboured over those evil review sheets that ask something ridiculous like, "What do you call a king when he is 'in the ring'?" and then make you do problems to find the answer. I hate those things.

Then I came home and was supposed to having tutoring, but um, the tutor never showed XP
Apparently she lost our phone number and couldn't call to say she wasn't coming.
So now she's coming on Friday.

Tomorrow is the last day of classes, eeeiii!!!

Lately I have been obsessed with baking and cooking. Now that I can actually do it somewhat well. Like, things don't burn and get misshapen and stuff anymore :P

So this morning I made chocolate chip pancakes, because I had been wanting to for a while, and I figured I should eat to make me smarter for tutoring XD
Anyway, my first time making pancakes...





Then, this afternoon I made Ginger-Pear Crisp because the pears Mum had gotten for me forever ago were going bad. It smells good, we'll see how that goes.

I also made a little yummy with the leftovers from Mum's cherry pie crust. She decided to make one last night with our frozen cherries that we have lots of :3



I cooked it, but it just looks browner now, that's all XD
She drew the Kanji for "tree" on the crust XD I was like "...Oookkay"


Um, so yeah! We are going over to Maryanne's for supper tonight. She is supposedly a very good cook, so that should be nice. I hope James isn't there XD It's just so...awkward

Umm, math was alright. The tutor-lady was actually pretty nice. She works with special ed kids, so I guess that's why. She goes through everything niiiice and slowly :3
